this saturday we went out to lake norman to allan's lake house and had the BEST day!!
wyatt and rollins stayed home with sitters while we wll took the big kids. it really was so much fun!

i decided i would try skiing for the first time...ever. i have never put on a pair of skis. i thought being with friends was the perfect time. i almost backed out but thought what the hell.
i got up on the second try, let go because my swimsuit was coming off ;) third try i went pretty far and then let go as they were turning.... i wasn't ready for lots of bumps ;) it was SO. MUCH. FUN!! i was shaking. such a rush and so much fun - that is ian with his hands in the air because i got up....i loved it! (i stood up more, this pics looks funny ;) can't wait to do it again!
