well. i am that mom. never said i would sleep with my kid.

never say never.

wyatt doesn't really like to sleep anywhere but near me. maaaaybe that is because i hardly ever put him down. maaaaybe that is because i watch him like a hawk in case he spits up and chokes. maaaaybe i might be a little too protective of him. but in all honesty, he does stop crying the moment i pick him up and put him near me. so, you decide.

when we had a few bad nights of trying every contraption to get him to sleep and then putting him in bed (terrible i know!) he slept like an angel, i ordered this co-sleeper asap.

now, we sleep much better. 3-4 hour stretches where before we were getting every hour.

we wiggles his way halfway out of this thing and we have to sleep with it tilted up like with everything because of the cleft, so we'll see how long this lasts. also, mommy and daddy have a queen sized bed. poor jack. at least he was used to my big pregnancy pillow.

anyway, this is how we are surviving now..

can't last too long, we need our marriage to last too! ;))
