it truly is amazing how different boys and girls are. lawton gravitated towards cars, swords, golf clubs, baseballs, well, any kind of ball to be honest immediately. he is a first child and we don't have any strollers or baby dolls around the house, so who knows , he could be putting on lipstick by now if that were the case! lawton's friend Betsey Grace carries her purse with her everywhere she goes hysterical and lawton carries a car or ball. typical boy! therefore, when we go in rite aid or target, he spies a car from miles away, and to keep him happy for 5 minutes, i end up buying it bad mommy. so, therefore, we have a TON.
i never pictured myself with a boy. i always thought i would be paying dress up and "house" and "school" with my kids....now i am out in the mud, talking about trucks, cars and motorcycles, making siren sounds and choo choo noises, laughing with lawton at bodily functions and you know what? i wouldn't change a thing. i love being a mother to a boy...cars, trucks, trains and all ;)
vroom vroom!
please check out those teeth! they kill me! i LOVE them...so far apart and rigid. i feel so bad for him because i had huge buck teeth and could fit my tongue through the front two...i guess he has my curse and might have braces for years hopefully not 3 like i did! but anyway, it kinda goes with his personality - i can't imagine him with straight teeth! i heard from someone that the further apart they are the better, so that his permanent teeth have more room to come in? is that some mom trying to be nice to me saying this and not "no brooke, he just has a crazy looking grill!"
He just gets cuter and cuter!!!!
