poor lawton had to go to the doctor for his one year appointment on valentines day! the moment i placed him on the crinkle paper in the room, he screamed and reached for me. i mean, full on panic. this kid knew exactly where he was and that mr. white hair was going to come in and give him shots. white hair being sweet dr. sweetenburg ;-). after seeing dr. sweetenburg for a while, he started screaming everytime he saw someone with white hair. so, this time we switched it up and little bit and tried a new dr. doctor brown hair. he only screamed with the stethoscope came out with him. score!

his favorite nurse Jenny - she is so sweet and always makes sure she has us, sick and well.
2 shots in the arm were not fun, so...we stopped by leighton's house and had a cupcake, cookie and goldfish=happy boy!

What a great post! Lawton is such a cutie. We missed you at the park. It was so gorgeous out I think we are going to go again on Friday.
ReplyDeleteBless his little heart!! Shots totally suck, but he is a trooper. The picture with him and Court trips me out. It looks like they destroyed every snack in sight and I'm dying at all of the icing and cake all over their hands, faces, and clothes----baaah! Do I see a keg stand in the future???
