mothers day was wonderful this year! i took jack's example from his fathers day last year and got the hell out of dodge ;) i woke up, fixed myself and only myself breakfast, went back into bed, watched tv and passed out again until 11:45. if you know me, i am a morning person and never, ever sleep late. that was a treat for sure. then at 2, i had the BEST massage i have ever had in my life, thanks to a friend gifting that to me! seriously, it was the most relaxing massage...the only bad thing was i ended up getting a HUGE pimple on my chin, right smack in the middle where she rubbed my face with oil. note to self: no more face massaging.
after that, we went over to my parents to celebrate mothers day. jack drove to greensboro monday to take his mom out, so we celebrated my mom sunday. here are a few pics:
