today we had our 2 month appointment and it went great except for the shots in the end ;()
wyatt is still sleeping after turning almost purple when they gave them to him - poor baby!
he did great and i am so proud. he was 11.11 pounds and 24 inches! 2.1 pounds and 2 inches in 4 weeks!
he is right on track with everything and his doctor was so pleased. AND....a regular sized head! no 95% for this Hall ;) sorry lawton, but you have a lot of brains my dear! she always makes me feel so good because she is giddy when she sees him and how well he is developing. i really have to just smile at the weight gain because people, it is a labor of love. the damn bottles are a pain the ass, the leak everywhere, we only have 3 nipples because each bottle is $35!!, washing them, washing the pump stuff, let's just say it gets old. BUT, i know it is best for him, so i do it.
he did still have blood in his stool (microscopic, i can't see it), probably because i sneak m&m's (slapping my hand!)and my granola bar like i shouldn't with the whole milk thing. she said to keep doing what i am because he IS getting better and that little doesn't seem to be bothering him. the zantac worked wonders. so, no milk and cheese, but m&m's you are all mine ;) wha wha whaaaaaaa.
here are some of wyatt's sweet faces. this smile lights up my world!!!
who knew that having a cleft lip would mean you have the most wonderful, giant smile?!?!
BIG WEEKEND.... we moved him out of the bed!! no more co-sleeper - he is probably so happy, he was way too big for that thing. now, we are in a pack-n-play right beside mommy. one step closer to his room ;)
who the heck knows when he will get there, but hey, he's closer and he can smell it! ;)
OMG, i just noticed i am BUSTED. yes, those are my sandals. and YES, i freaking love them. they massage your feet people! they are my house shoes okay??? don't judge. or do, i don't know who reads this;)
a little tummy time with big bro, AKA buzz lightyear. lawton can't stand it that someone else gets their picture taken ;)
10 weeks and counting!

Your babies are beautiful :) Have a five month old son and finally understand the depth of a mother's love.
