Wedding Weekend

you know the friends you have that feel like sisters? well, i am lucky to say i have a lot of them.

from college, from this year, from childhood, etc.

my friend jenna got married in blowing rock over the weekend. we went to HS together and roomed together our whole time in college. the weekend was PERFECT. beautiful, FUN, and i now have the blues:( i miss everyone already.

all of these girls...we have been best friends since we were all 18 thrown in together at UT at NC State and all ended up in the same sorority and staying so close throughout the years. i haven't laughed this hard in so long for so many days....my belly hurt so bad!!

laughter is so good for the soul and this weekend was the best medicine. PLUS, we now have a wonderful new hubby in the group!

we all lived together for 2 years in college (wicker, jenna, me and wyatt and laura)

 these are our best friends ever, laura and andrew. we are godparents to their beautiful daughter ryan and we met at their wedding ;)

 me and my man. he was SO handsome that night if i do say so myself. i bought him some bonobo pants in coral for fathers day (thanks for the idea ashley!) and he looked HOT ;)

 all the ladies! the bridesmaids wore navy in any cut we wished - perfect for me since i continue to grow..

and THIS is how jack ends a fun weekend. beer in hand on the couch fast asleep. i went to brush my teeth and laura and wicker made me come wake him up and move him. it was too weird for them to talk and have him sitting there fast asleep....it was too much like weekend at bernies ;)

alright, next girl to get married, let's hurry it up - i am ready!
