6 month appointment

Lawton had his 6 month appointment today and it looks like we are doing everything right...so far ;-)

He is a BIIIIGG BOY weighing in at 18.4 pounds (65%), he is 27 inches long (75%) and head came in at......90%!!!! WOO HOO, we are 5% down this time! Brains have not shrunk people, just the head this time. ;-)

The lack of hair was mentioned by Dr. Sweetenburg (again) and both of us were determined to say there were a few new hairs on his noggin....he is going to look so different with hair....i can't wait to see ;-)

AND...big news...we are sprouting a tooth. There is a tiny corner of a bottom tooth coming in. PLEEEASE don't have the terrible teeth your mama has. I will do my best to keep you away from the sugar bowl (more for me)

BIGGGGG BOY!!!! We won't get weighed again until his 9 month appointment....unless I get fresh and go to the Harris Teeter and put him on a fruit scale like my mother in law tells me to do...Em, I might just take your advice. but, i also might wear a wig when i do it ;-)
