this thanksgiving was a bit off.
our heat went out on monday...so, we waited on them tuesday and it couldn't be fixed, a part needed to be ordered.
so, i packed everyone up and we went to my parents house. i had to work wednesday, so i sent the boys up to greensboro a day early and i met them on thanksgiving.
it actually was great--i got some one on one time with my parents, which i never get. we actually talked without any of us running after someone...i also got a yoga class in and a good nights sleep. PTL.
i was in greensboro by 12 and we eat around 2:30, 3.
it was a great day!
wyatt, aunt mandy and emmie
little man growing up too fast!
wyatt and lawton LOVED being around their cousins.
family christmas card attempt #2. still don't have a picture. running a little behind!
sweet brothers!
my almost 4 year old!
i asked billy if he wanted another and he said yes, please get me another sweet tea.
ummm, that would be a bloody mary you are drinking....with vodka. not a sweet tea. he was like, oh. ;) okay, i'll take another one of those then ;)
poor will. lawton didn't leave his side for a second. i now know what wyatt will do to lawton soon enough!
on friday, i packed up and wyatt and i came home to meet the heat man and waited around for 2 hours in our 40 degree house. let me tell you, that was COLD.
but, it was fixed by late afternoon.
jack and lawton came home saturday afternoon and were greeted by Buddy the elf! this year, he came back with a sweet jersey.
that afternoon we ended up getting the tree and decorating it the next day
and there he goes!! taking off with any ornament he could reach.
3 broken and now there are 0 on the bottom half of the tree.
i love seeing the holidays through a childs eyes. it is magical!
