17 months

• you are starting to talk and can say "choo choo", "da da", "ho ho ho!", "naa is for snack"
• you know everything I am saying. like "its time to go to bed" and you get up and go to the stairs. you nod at everything I ask
• you LOVE to eat. seriously, you eat all day long
• you are in the 95-95% for height and 75-95% for weight
• you are so funny...sometimes, when you are pushed down by Lawton or by another kid at school, you freeze. right there on the ground in the position that you fell in. for like, 2 minutes you won't move. it is hysterical!
• one of your teachers has nicknamed you jamiroquai. I have no clue, but you answer to it ;)
• your last molar in coming in now and your teeth are looking good!
• we have been going  the the weird allergy person and your scar is actually looking a LOT better. so far, you have had a weakness to the coconut milk, strawberries, colbie's hair and the rubber tubes that are in your nose. she "treated" you for them and we will keep going back...
• you have never met a stranger.....except santa ;)
• you keep me on my toes. I never sit down because you are always climbing on something or into something you should not be into. Lawton was never this crazy!
• you don't listen very well when you hear the word "no"
• everynight in bed, to soothe yourself to sleep, you twirl your hair
• you will drop everything you are doing when I walk in the door and run to me.....it is the BEST feeling....
• you started "saying" Lawton but it sounds very sing songy.....you actually try and repeat so many things that we say, just by singing almost!
• you love love mickey mouse and that is the only show you might sit on the floor for --for about 5 minutes.
• you aren't eating a variety of food lately....maybe you are a creature of habit like me. you aren't trying anything new that i put on your plate. you may put it in your mouth, but spit it out. might be a texture thing to you too.
• you LOVE to wrestle with daddy and Lawton. anytime anyone is laying on the floor, you run over and sit on our face!! if the big boys are wrestling, you are right in there laughing and loving every second.
• your favorite books are ones where you can be involved - pulling something, animations, anything that we can learn and repeat.
• you HATE a stroller.
• when i am putting you in the car with a snack and i need to get the arm in where you are holding it, you are pissed. grunt at me and look at me until you are able to switch it in different hands....finally you learned that. before you just screamed at me.

i am sure there are so many other things that you are doing right now that i can't think of on the top of my head....we love you, you are sunshine wyatt!!
