this hit me. if he is moving out of toddlerhood, where is he moving to? i know that may sounds stupid, but man, my baby boy isn't a baby no mo. please mom emails, please keep sending me stuff because i don't know what the heck is next! that FIRST YEAR book was awesome. I need a 2nd, 3rd and 4th i think....
convo with the checkout lady at target this morning: let's call her tina.
tina: how old is your son?
me: he will be 2 on friday
tina: oh girl, the terrible, terrible, terrible twos!
me: aww, he is so sweet though. such a good boy
tina: wait until friday. when he turns two. he ain't gowna be sweet no more.
me: oh i hope so, he is so sweet now!
tina: nope. terrible twos.
oh great. so this friday, my sweet child is going to turn into chucky? we'll see tina, we'll see.
now, let me not forget that lawton WAS NOT with me at target this morning. he was in school. he is not allowed in target anymore because he will not sit in the cart and just lays on the floor. typical man. hates shopping unless it is for him. well, i am kinda like that too.
other than THAT, he is a good boy ;-) wink, wink
