Who you callin' BIG HEAD??!!!

Yesterday we went to the doctor for Lawton's 4 month appointment. Mr. Man (thanks Mer, I now call him this all the time) was in tip top condition. I put him on the table on his belly and had to run and catch him because he rolled over so fast! Now, my mom and I have been trying to get him to do this FOR-E-VER. He gets so pissed off and tries so hard but I have only witnessed 2 rolls before yesterday. So, Jack and I did it over and over again and we were amazed!! Last night we tried again and he had had enough. He was NOT going to do it again for us. Like everyone says, every baby is different and he will go at his own pace!


Back to the appointment....it seems as if our "genius" son has a LOT of brains up in there. He is in the 95% for HEAD!!! I dreamt about Stanford and Yale last night and being a proud mama saying "well, now look atchu! You told them! Thank goodness for that big ole head!". (Jack is going to kill me for not dreaming about TN ;-)). AND...the boy was a whopping 15.9 pounds! He doesn't miss a meal that is for sure....maybe he will be a smart as hell linebacker for TN...a mama can dream.....Lawton Knox Hall....I bet it sounds pretty good over a loud speaker!!
